Appointment and Security Check Procedures 

At APEX Practice, your health, safety, and privacy are our highest priorities. We offer both Walk-In and Online Bookings for your convenience. To secure your online appointment, please follow the instructions provided on our secure booking platform. Ensure that you add APEX Practice as a beneficiary to complete your payment and confirm your booking.

For the safety and well-being of all Patients, Visitors, and Staff, and in accordance with Best Medical Practice and POPIA compliance, the following security protocols apply to every visit:

  • All Patients are required to present a valid ID or Passport prior to entering the medical practice. A copy will be securely stored as part of our legal and medical record requirements.
  • All Patients and Visitors must sanitize their hands before entry.
